These bobbin winder friction wheels worked great on the two 401A I have been working on. They are nice and thick, a softer material than previous ones I bought from somewhere and when I was winding the bobbin, it did a better job staying consistent with the friction. I did have to apply just some slight pressure at the beginning of winding but then was able to do alone for the remainder. I am expecting these will also work better on my 201 when I get the motor remounted again as the other new tires I had never made proper contact without constantly holding it down in spite of adjusting th scew numerous times.
