The flavor that you've been missing
OMG, Seriously this mint is amazing.
We make a quart of tea every morning for the house. As an experiment, I added a teaspoon of this mint to a Nilgiri oolong, which has now become the house favorite—mint/ lamb risotto.
This stuff disappeared faster than the Royal cinnamon.
We're gonna need a bigger bottle...

Mintiest Mint
In my coastal community, I find it difficult to procure fresh mint in the winter months. Even in the summer, our farmer’s markets don’t generally offer a lot of fresh mint. Thus, when I saw this Euphrates Mint and its description, I decided to give it a try. Wow…what a fabulous decision…This is the best dried mint ever! Minty but not overpowering. I’m using it for so many dishes…salads get a nice zing with a shake or two. Add some to your next batch of rice… and roasted vegetables pop with a finishing shake or two of this great mint. I’m a fan!!!
