Haven’t installed it yet. But that’s tomorrow’s project. Everything arrived timely. Two packages 1 day apart. Whip was shipped in pvc pipe which is about the best you can do I think. Gonna be pretty tall on the roof of my s10. Might consider the little will if you want to keep it looking proportionate on a small truck.

Great deal poor descriptions

Love the products and prices but descriptions are lacking I was not informed the wip did or didn't come with my wilson 1000 and was defiantly not informed that they would ship separately if was informed I wouldn't have ordered a wip separately thinking it didn't come with one when I received the base would love to see better descriptions on the products

I live down in Souther Arizona 15 miles off the Mexico / AZ border. I have a Cobra 29 LTD Classic that has been tuned and a small box knowing I needed all I could get out of the radio . I started with a Wilson little Wil and I could not get anything with it (As the salesmen said I would). I could not even get the SWR close to 1.5 on low or high. I use to run a Wilson 1000 years ago with another radio so I decided to go back to it and trimmed it with the SWR and I average 1.25 max on 40 1.0 on 1.... Skip all the way to Florida but average day is about 15 - 20 miles down here in nowwhere's ville. Now I need to find a bigger add-on box for my power.
