little flavor

I used it in summer sausage...there was zero flavor to the cheese. I expected some heat.

Great for sausage sticks

Added the habanero cheese to my Honey Sriracha snack sticks and it was a winner to all that has tried them. The main feed back from the testers is that they were expecting more bite from the habanero.
