Very, Very Good!
I'm no expert but I certainly like this miso. Nice flavor.
So, take a large carrot. Wash it well. Peel it if you wish. Slice it any old way you want. With clean hands smear a good dab (tsp/Tbl) of this miso, or any miso, over all the surfaces of the cut carrot. Coat it well. Then refrigerate it covered in a bowl (or in a ziplock bag) for at least an hour. It will last for days pickled in this manner. Excellent, tasty, quick and easy and not something you'll find in a restaurant or grocery store. Makes a great side dish (add diced chives for color) or just a yummy snack. Love from Oregon.

Love it
This is a strong full bodied miso. A wonderful spread can be made with it, tahini and sauteed onions. I only wish it could be purchased in a larger container.

Two-Year Fermented Miso
I love it ! The taste is heavenly.
I tried other Miso, this one comes from Japan and is the best. Also Umami-Insider gave me outstanding service. Courteous response. Helpful solutions when I needed help. You can’t go wrong bu choosing Umami-Insider. I give it 5 stars.
