Sweet Sopressata Salami

Good But Not Great

Your Sweet Sopressata is a dried cured coarser ground salami with nice seasoning with garlic and pepper. My issue has to do with the amount gristle in the mix. unless sliced very thin you wing up chewing a tough, rubbery connective tissues, gristle. Not good finish.

Great flavor

Very tasty, with low fat content.
