Subtle and Flavorful

Really digging it. I'm using it as a stereo pair for my mix bus and it glues it all together nicely which is what I wanted. It's a lot cheaper than a vintage analogue recorder and delivers the same great result that is also customisable.

A key piece of the analog vibe

Using the 15IPS “tape rounding vibe” as the last analog step of both the tracking chains and for out-of-the-box mix chain from DAW to DIYRE and back. For example: (tracking) SuperFilter → CTX → 15IPS (tracking) MassDrivr → ColourUpter → 15IPS (OTB mix, 1 per L/R channel) CTX → FA38 → 15IPS The build was very easy, once a small confusion was cleared up quickly by DIYRE support - the BAT42 LEDs happened to be red not blue. As always I recommend as a double check, measuring components before install!

I love the color that these add to my palette! I purchased a stereo pair of them and have been having a lot of fun using them on my drum bus. I love the effect it has on transients. Assembly was smooth and simple!Thanks DIYRE!
