RED-25 Discrete Opamp

Much brighter than the CAPI CA0252. Could have its uses. Bought as a spare. The quality and build is superb.

Great first opamp build

Good starting point in terms of build and opamp sonics. Compared to everything else I have the RED-25 sits in a goldilocks zone of speed, clarity, and saturation. There is definitely an upper mid emphasis, but it reads as added articulation versus harshness. A great replacement that can do it all!

A nice API 2520 compatible plugin!

Quick build, used in the CTX MKII and a great fit for API2520 compatible boards. For example, the RED-25 fits well in one of the API tone slots in the Warm Audio Tone Beast 12 (TB12).
