Fantastic flour!
I love Caputo flour and have been using it for a while now. I just discovered Brick Oven Bakers and am thrilled I can get the other types of flour that Caputo makes without paying a fortune! Pictured is my sourdough croissant loaf!

Caputo Flour
Purchased 4 Caputo bags of flour so I could keep it on hand so I would not have to order again in a short period of time. However when checking the expiration date on the flour (October 2026), I would not have ordered that many at one time with the short expiration date.
It would be best if you would identify the EXPIRATION DATE on your products so that the consumer has a better idea on what quantity to order so that nothing spoils or expires before it is used.
The service, packaging and communication was excellent with your company.

Real pasta!
We have been using store bought pasta made of low quality ingredients. After making homemade pasta with your whole Durham wheat, we will never go back to store bought pasta. The taste and texture is amazing!
