You must try
We started growing these last year and we will continue to every Fall until we die! Great mild flavor, huge heads, super easy to grow. We planted these in our high tunnel, middle of July next to our tomatoes, with the hottest part of the summer yet to come but the heat did not phase them one bit. PNW Oregon zone 8b

Love
I get these seeds every year, plant them when I take out my tomatoes and harvest them in the winter / early spring. They are great seeds, good germination. I like to roast the sugarloaf chicory with balsamic / olive oil / brewers yeast / salt.
It would be great if Territorial included more seeds per packet. (Some other companies do still)
