Made a Great Soup!
Bought a few packages, made the first this week. Oxtail soup. The broth it made was soooooooo good and good for you. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of them other ways. Love knowing the meat is clean and natural.

Huge Oxtails
I wish some of the oxtails were a tad bit smaller. Overall I feel that they were fresh but they took forever to cook because of their size.
