Plant turned to mush. No response from seller

I sent 3 photos and a complaint email and just got back an email with an automated response. Never got back an actual response from the company. I am very disappointed as this seller came with high recommendation from several plant friends. I'm appalled with the service. And the fact that my plant had to be thrown in the garbage about 24 hours after receiving it. They have had over a month to get back to me. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I'm forced to leave one here. I'm very disappointed.

It didn't arrive until 3 days ago. It had several brown leaves. I kept it in the window and transplanted it yesterday. It's still in shock. Check with me in a month or so 👍🏽.

Showed up with black leaves. Within 2 days the leaves completely fell off and i have only a little stub left of the stock. Hopefully it survives....
