I have no idea where the tree is

The original shipment was lost; I had to pester customer service to get them to admit that. They told me they were sending another but I logged on (now more than a week later) and I only find the original order. I want the tree, they have the tree, I paid for the tree, where is the tree?

Came in great shape. Good baby tree.

Very small, and not recovering well. I'm disappointed. I ordered 3 from another source which arrived larger and healthier- and are thriving. I ordered this one expecting a more developed plant as it cost more than the group of 3; I got a tiny sprig with poorly developed roots. Not impressed.
