Very tender, not too salty, very good

These did not have the gamy flavor I was expecting -- I sous vide them before searing them in a frying pan. They turned out just the right firmness. They were also not as salty as I had expected -- just tasty with mashed potatoes and green peas. I did not taste any hint of blueberry or wine flavoring -- just plain, good sausage like I would have expected from a good German restaurant.
