It's actually non-stick!

I am surprised and pleased with the quality of this pan. I wanted something non-toxic but non-stick. I didn't really think it would work, but when heated for a couple minutes, and then lightly greased, this pan IS actually non-stick. I can fry an egg on it and flip it with one hand. (I had to do this to convince my husband it works before he would ditch the scratched non-stick pan he insisted on using. )

Perfect way to cook

This pan is high quality! Took a bit to adjust to using lower heat settings on the stove but once you do the quality do the food prepared just seems better and more flavorful. High quality, made in America…. Worth the investment!
