I had no idea how terrible my other knives were until I got this knife. I love how light it is and so easy to control. The handle is the perfect length and the steel cuts through anything with ease. I also bought a honing rod and I’m excited to use that too. Thanks for the awesome service and stay well!

Beautiful little knife that sharpens easily and holds edge well

My third Haruyuki knife and first in the Mugi series. With these size knives, push and pull cuts are more common than chopping, so AUS8 steel is perfectly fine. Really nimble and easy to maneuver for detailed work. Stainless makes it easy to maintain.
