Delish

I didn’t quite know what to expect from these peppers. I had never heard of piquillo peppers before, but I needed them for a paella recipe. They are delicious, surprisingly sweet and honestly, I’d put them on a charcuterie board, they’re so good. I love trying new things, and these roasted little red peppers are a treat!
