A Must-Do Experience

I honestly didn’t expect much going into this sharpening class, but I was genuinely surprised by the result. When my knife sliced through paper with no effort, it felt like real proof that even on your first try you can achieve a reasonably sharp edge. The atmosphere was super welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The only thing missing was a cup of coffee 😄 And the Forged in Fire reference absolutely made my day. Thank you, Colin!
