Curl Charisma™ Rice Amino + Avocado Hydrating Shampoo

Very drying shampoo

So I am never one to complain to be honest but when I bought this product I was really hoping for a hydrating combination of products ( the shampoo and conditioner together) and I have to say the conditioner is great. However when it comes to the shampoo, it seems like it overpowers the conditioner with the dryness. The shampoo leaves my entire head of hair so dry and I only use it on the roots. I don't know if im using too much but I have 3A type curly hair. I didn’t ask for a return but I wasn’t planning on buying the product again. If I could get some clarity on the product that would be great. Thank you

The prduct came with open lid. So disapointing!
