It works...I was warm
I can finally use my hammock without freezing my buns off. Installation of the undercover and foam pad was easy with the videos. The survival blanket definitely reflects heat. Only gave it 4 stars for two reasons: First, the space blanket is a little challenging to get in the right spot and keep it there. It's also noisy when you move around. Second, adding this to the hammock eliminates the ease of stuffing it into the snakeskins; it adds a lot of volume and weight taking up a large portion of my backpack. Still worth it to sleep in comfort and warmth.

Amazingly warm!
So first, this allows you to stay so significantly warmer, I can hardly believe it. I tried it our on a night in the low 20s with ~10mph breeze and with my Katabatic quilt on top, I was plenty warm. It was a little cool on the back, but certainly not cold. Now, I did find out the hard way, this is silnylon.... so make sure your hammock is COMPLETELY under the rainfly. :) If not, you may end up with a significant amount of water trapped inside the hammock as it rained straight into the underlayer and then into the hammock and soaked the pad and my down quilt. Not fun for sure. So I'll be trying to figure out how to make sure it stays completely covered next time as the rain fly seems not quite long enough to cover well in a downpour with this underneath. (I've also never had an issue with just the hammock, so it's definitely how this is shaped, etc on the opening side). Anyway, I'd still recommend it, just make sure when setting up that your hammock is well centered under the rain fly and enjoy the significant warmth from your ultralight sleep system.
