Fruit Pigmented® 2nd Skin Foundation

Great!

This is the only foundation that I have used for a long time. I really like the coverage I get without looking like I have a lot of makeup caked on. It leaves a very natural look. I feel great about using makeup without all the harmful ingredients.

Fantastic product, questionable shade...

The product itself is fantastic!!! My favorite way of application is actually simply with hands; it evens out skin tone, feels super natural and lightweight and the general appearance of skin becomes super healthy and nice looking with a healthy glow (but not too shiny!). If applied with a brush for its best coverage, it does leave a little greasy feel, but I personally don't mind it - it is based in squalane after all, just finish with a little bit of light powder and the result is wonderful! My issue is the shade... Naturally I'm very white, but live in Florida, so I have some tan especially in summer. So I ordered shade 5, fearing it would be too dark. But to my surprise it was too light even for me. So I'm a little confused, being a light skin person with a tan, should i have ordered shade 6 (out of 7 shades available)??? So I'm sad to give it 4 stars because I do love the product. But the shades are just confusing for me. In the picture I have the foundation applied with a buffer brush, at its fullest coverage, no powder on top. Like I mentioned, it is shade #5.

Still not the right color.

Haven’t used this one nor the prior one, because both were not the correct shade. I look forward to hopefully the 3rd try will be the charm! That one is on its way!😅
