Really good consistency

I bought this a year ago in the in between size, I believe 8lbs, that they unfortunately don't sell anymore. I inadvertently bought the 22lb one and it is so difficult to get out of the packaging. It is basically in a bag that is in a bucket. My husband and I had to work together to get it out. Unfortunately it was during the summer, so huge parts of it had melted, which created a huge mess. We transferred what we could to the empty 8lb container we still had. Now we are dreading transferring another portion out. Not sure why a middle of the ground amount is no longer sold.

Coconut Butter

Excellent packaging and sourcing transparency. Great when you want to add plant based creaminess to a soup, stew or sauce, but don't want to open a whole can of coconut cream or milk. Smoothies too!
