ORGANIC COCONUT, desiccated, fine shred

Good stuff!

I used to be able to buy fine grated coconut at a local store but they stopped carrying it. I like the fine best in cookies, pies, and other recipes so it was worth the $15 shipping until I can find another store that has it. As diabetic I like that it is unsweetened. Good flavor.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

This Dessicated Coconut is exactly what I wanted! It is very finely grated and extremely dry. I use it in my chia seed pudding, protein shakes, protein ice cream and really anything I want to add a delicious but unobtrusive coconut taste to. It is unsweetened, organic and DELICIOUS!
