A nice treat on a rainy day.
Trying this blend for the first time and it’s a really good non caffeine treat for a rainy day. I have a frother that both stirs and heats the milk, and I just add the blend directly to the milk and add some sweetener towards the end. It does need sweetening, and requires a little experimenting to get your preferred amount. as a bonus, it really does help with digestion. As it only requires about a half teaspoon, a jar should last a long time.

Comforting Golden Milk
Golden Milk Blend is a mixture I read about in a kundalini yoga book. It sounded wonderful with cardamon, cinnamon and turmeric. But I had not found any anywhere.... until I happened upon Shafa Blends. It is just as delicious as I imagined and comforting as well!
