Blue Chai

My Blue Heaven!

I absolutely adore the taste of Blue Chai! It has an earthy, spiced flavor that I fell head over heels for. I prepare it with dark brown sugar and half and half. Tastes amazing iced as well. I tried pouring it over ice after brewing 2 bags for five minutes in 10oz of boiling water and then mixed with half and half. It worked very well! One of my favorite chais and I prepare it on par with my favorite chai place. Worth every penny!

Beautiful drink

I made a simple with sugar, water and vanilla bean paste. Layers with the simple, some heavy cream and topped with cooled blue chai. MUST use a fancy clear glass to appreciate how beautiful this drink is. The big bonus is how good it tastes. If you want to impress your guests, this is the beverage to make.

Love It!

Blue Chai has become my favorite tea. I love the blue color and that it’s caffeine free. I find it delicious even without sweetener. When you dump the tea bags into the tin can from their foil pouch, it’s less than half full! This is a visual statement about how expensive this tea is. So I get two brews out of each bag to make this more cost effective. I do appreciate the careful sourcing of ingredients and the compostable tea bags. Ultimately, you pay for quality. I will keep buying.
