Ras El Hanout - excellent blend

I purchased this last week on my first visit to Shafa for a specific recipe. I met the gentleman who blends the small-batch spices himself. My Yotam Otolenghi recipe turned out perfect thanks to this spice blend. The owner offered me either a free hot tea or small spice sample since it was my first time visiting the shop. I will definitely return the next time I need a custom spice blend or tea.
