Cubano Roast

This used to be my favorite coffee! It's still really good but it feels like something has changed in the last year or so. Maybe it's me, but it tastes over-roasted sometimes. Or maybe the beans are different. Still great coffee, but I miss how it tastes a few years ago.

This is a super versatile coffee for drip or espresso. Excellent for flat white or cortados. Always chocolaty in flavor but never bitter. If you prefer a lighter espresso, their Nicaraguan is an excellent choice. I go back and forth between the two. There is no wrong answet!
