We have not used the item as it is a gift for young cousins about to be married. Our experience in ordering it was superb. We had trouble with the website instructions and so contacted a rep who worked steadily with us to ensure that our order was exactly as we had wanted it to be...tremendous patience, kindness, understanding of our being technologically challenged and knew how much we wanted this to be our gift for them. Even though he thought we might not have room for the location of the place to be engraved on the flutes, when they arrived the town, state, date and time was on the flutes...we were thrilled!!! Cannot say enough about the supportive service and also the prompt delivery of the flutes...ordered on a Sunday, received on Thursday and packed with such care and beauty...beyond happy with the entire process and know we will do this again, perhaps with the sky of their first child's birth in a few years...but hopefully for others before that...thank you...a pleasure to do business with Well Told...Gerri and Paul Faivre
