360 Lid: Ember Travel Mug 2

Non reliable lid

This is the 2nd lid iv gotten for this cup. And it’s has stopped working as well. The mechanism that opens and closes the lid is a weak design and appears to break easily.

Disappointed

While the process is okay. Ember knows that the 360 lids are flawed and fail after a short period of time. They have built this in forcing people to have to purchase additional lid since the failure rate is high. No customer service or product backing with these lids.

These things only function well for a couple of weeks but I keep buying them because I love the mug and it’s the only thing that fits.
