Love the bike. Just came with a bad rear reflector. I believe the glue did not take as the reflector fell off the bracket on my first long ride and was lost. I emailed immediately and received a quick response. However, they wanted me to take 10 different steps (to include pictures) and maybe would send a new reflector. I just deleted the email and ride around without a rear reflector. A piece of plastic should not be that hard to send in the mail.

The product is great, the assembly instructions suck and are inaccurate. But once it’s built it’s really great. ( mostly related to fender mounting)

Love it!! Best looking cruiser around.
