The product is fine. Decided on a thousand helmet do to chin strap and ventilation. Now i am waiting on my return to be approved, which the company says takes 3 to 5 business days. Waiting on approval to return within the return wi dow is ridiculous. Unhappy.

It's a Helmet, it works, it slides around a bit but it's good.
