It’s fine, but..

I did order the bell along with a bike seat that’s supposed to be more comfortable and though I received the bell weeks ago, nothing with the seat. No shipping info, nada. It was expensive, but now that summers over, I hope they give me a refund!

CS very slow to respond.

I had several issues with my new bike that needed attention, including needing a new seat (was missing bolts) and also tried to get the bell that was promised after submitting a review. Reached out to customer service and it took way too long to get a response, let alone a fix. Same issue with the bell. Very disappointed as this is my first time with this company. Unfortunately, buyer beware.

We were hoping this bell would match the mint green of the bike. It does not, so don’t buy it thinking it is going to match. It is a nice bell though otherwise!
