Flavor unlike others.
Marjoram is one of my most-used spices. it's unlike the other "greens" (thyme, oregano, etc.) I love it in mashed potatoes and on vegetables. I also use it in chicken stew.

Favorite seasoning!
Majoram can be used in so many different ways. It is a subtle seasoning that can bring a casserole or pot of soup to life. I had it this morning on my eggs and tonight on leftover rice. I miss it not being available in the flat packs.
