Different
This salt tastes great! No unpleasant mineral flavors like some salts. But the star is its texture. The flakes are VERY cool, and allow you to crumble with your fingers if you want, or use it straight and really enjoy the occasional crunch. We love it!

Better than table salt.
I enjoyed this salt on my sunny side up eggs and avocado toast. It adds a nice crunch to soft food.
