Great HW and SW, Need better instructions

Works better than expected. Installation is very easy. Setting up not so much. Basic setup guide is barely enough just to get going. Troubleshooting you need to rely on Google searches or user experience. Took me about 1.5 hrs to install and about 3 days to set up to my needs.

Replaced an old security system

I'm very happy. 12 motion sensors and 2 screamers. I've exposed it to Apple Home via Home Assistant. I've got the screamers activated via Home Assistant instead of the Konnected since they are rather loud and I want to think a bit more before permanently enabling them (wife acceptance factor). I got the magnetic standoffs and they have made thing so much easier during install. Pull off the steel wall (an artefact of the old security system), move wires around, the put back on the wall. Since I needed to have a total of 14 12v inputs, I used a fan in system of connections to keep things manageable.

Easy to replace original 6 zone alarm panels

Straightforward connections. Just had to register new panel with the cloud and roll the change thru Smartthings and Sharptools. (Still haven't figured out WiFi connection - website said to connect to WiFi first, but included instructions said to connect Ethernet first. Ethernet works, but I want to figure out WiFi so my failover network is connected. )
