Fluoride Filter Add-On

Installation was not hassle free as the video didnt show the connections clearly. Found a you tube which did and then was very simple to install. Customer services Julia was very helpful in sorting things out.

Thought I was receiving a replacement as I purchased the fluoride add on a year ago, but I received a whole new system. Was a bit confused. Is that right?

You could start by stopping the repeated emails asking for feedback. Why are you so needy ? Is it a lack of confidence in your products or is it just that you haven’t got any friends ? If I don’t reply to your first email, take the hint, I don’t want to reply. I also get fed up with the constant barrage of emails telling me that the replacement of my filter is overdue, even though I’ve replaced it as I bought an extra cartridge when I originally installed the system. Your constant emails has a negative effect on marketing - take a hint, STOP !
