Resolute

My daily driver

I’ve been using Resolute for espresso for around a year now. It is great for milk drinks, my favourite is a cortado. I find that it needs a similar grind to the Origin Decaf Los Altos. So I can mix them to gather or alternate if I want to lower my caffeine intake.

Our favourite part of every day

Resolute has become a proper ritual in our house. My wife and I look forward to it every day, a Resolute flat white is genuinely our favourite time of the day. It holds up beautifully with milk, rich and smooth without ever turning bitter, and it's consistent cup after cup. Can't recommend it enough.
