Great to have an energy gel with all natural ingredients. I wouldn't use any other.

Might not suit all runners

I like these gels for the natural ingredients and taste. They're pleasurable to take. However against that is the gel volume and the the possibility of runners trots. The gels are quite small compared to other brands, and I just feel that it seems like you're not getting the full energy hit. The other thing I found is that the natural ingredients (perhaps the dates) do seem to put me at risk of runners trots compared to other gels. For that reason, I'm not using them for long runs, but fine for short runs and cycling.

Marathon training

Great product, I love that they are compact. You can carry plenty on a long run and not feel weighed down. Plenty of carbs in a small quantity is always a win.
