My experience with Pamela at Keratin was wonderful. I received a message that the order had been sent yet I had not received it at the post office. After two days a person at the post office found the package on the floor behind my mailbox. Pamela was very supportive and patient regarding the misplaced order (by the post office) and helpful in suggesting a replacement if it did not arrive. I most definitely will order again.
