Long Barrel Curling Iron

Defective

I purchased this product and was excited to use it, as my friend has one. I’ve used hers and love it. I turned it on and from the second I turned it on, the curling iron started making a constant clicking noise. I contacted the company who said I would need to submit a warranty claim due to it being defective. I did that, didn’t hear anything after 10 days, so I contacted them. I got a response saying someone would be in contact with me shortly. Found out that once the claim is processed and the item is received, it will take 4-6 WEEKS to receive a new product. Even though it’s brand new, I’m unable to just do a simple return because the item is defective. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never order from this company again or recommend them. I’m sure it’s great if everything goes well and you receive a product with no defects, but in the event that you do, you’ll get a new product 2 months later.

Love the xtra long barrel that makes it so much better to use with my thick long hair. 100% better than what I’ve been using for the past couple years! So much easier to do my hair now.

I will only ever purchase Bio Ionic curling irons

My hairdresser recommended Bio Ionic, and I've never regretted my decision to listen. I've purchased both the 1 inch and 1. 25 inch long barrel irons, and could never go back to anything else. It doesn't pull or break my hair, it heats up very quickly, the temperature is the perfect amount of heat, and the long barrel is perfect for my longer hair. 10/10 recommend.
