Excellent product and excellent customer servi e
I love this flat iron. Works great, doesn’t fry my hair. I didn’t register it and after 6 months it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the registration, then packed it up and shipped it to them. They replaced it immediately! So happy!!

I preferred the older version
I had the bio ionic 10x for years and loved it so much. It recently began having issues staying on so it was time to buy a new straightener. I immediately bought the bio ionic 10x again because I loved it so much before and the newer version had recent updates that made it better. Or say they said. Immediately after getting it in the mail I began using it and I've been so confused. It makes my hair more poofy, not as silky and shiny as before and it's not straightening or curling my thin hair as easily as before. It breaks my heart that this happened!!
