Absolutely the BEST hairdryer around. I have thick, curly hair that I dry straight so need a dryer that gets hot. This is the only one I have found that gets as hot as it needs to in order to straighten my hair. It dries my hair and half the time any other dryer would. Not only is it a great dryer, but the customer service and warranty is amazing!!

Excellent customer service

My dryer unfortunately quit working while I was on vacation. When I contacted Bio-Ionic I realized that, through a misunderstanding of my own making, I did not register my blow dryer when I bought it a few years ago. Nonetheless Bio-Ionic stood by their product and honored their warranty by replacing my “dead” blow dryer with a brand new one.
