Love this iron. However thank goodness for the warranty. Had a error code come up on my iron and Bio ionic made it good

It's changed. . .
Since I keep getting prompted to leave a review, here goes. My last One Pass lasted me over 10 years but recently kicked the bucket. I bought another brand but it simply was not the same quality I was used to with Bio Ionic, so I caved and bought another One Pass. To my surprise, the little silicone strips pull my fine hair quite a bit more than they did with my previous model. Glad to have bought this while on sale, but definitely not super satisfied.
