I love your wipes . I buy the boxes that have 1000 packets . I don’t care for your customer service . I live in Arizona and we have had bad heat wave . I’m a flight Attendant and I work 2 ,3 and sometimes 4 days away from home . So they are in the mailbox for the time I’m gone . I called talked to an employee and told her I get dried wipes . She said will give the information to the person that handles that . I have emailed 3 times , no response. I will still buy them . However if you have an issue with anything you buy . Good luck in trying to get a response. Customer service never responds .

Love them but starting to find dry ones . I’m in Arizona that might be the reason . Other that your wipes r great I hand them out to my family . Love how they don’t make your hands dry . Again finding dry ones and not as wet as others I bought . Something we can do in the future to avoid them being dry ? But will still buy them . Thank you . I don’t want to publish this review but if you send another it will be positive, I don’t want anyone to read this one and have doubt about your wipes . Again love them will continue to buy them . And your customer service personnel I’ve talked to is great .

Not a good replacement.

I really loved the Blue Hero Wipes, you've said they are not coming back. These are alright, but they will not be a permanent solution for my needs. I'm genuinely surprised that the BEST wipe on your list is gone forever. ~Mike from RI
