Years ago I bought a Craft-A-Brew cider making kit and loved both the process and the finished product of a delicious, effervescent hard cider. But, I quickly used up the yeast packets included. So, I was very excited to find that Craft-A-Brew sold just the cider yeast. My home brew is currently bubbling along and will soon be racked then bottled to share with friends.

Joke aside, I've only had sample tastes of the pure version, and the cinnamon spiced version, but did like them. The apple flavor is mild, but present, my wife would like a stronger apple presence, so I'll research this to see if the request can be accomodated.
