1 gallon merlot kit

I just bottled it today. from the two tablespoons left in the racking hose, if it taste as good as thtis in a month I will very happy. This is the first wine kit I have made in about 6 years. I like the smalll amout , will buy agaiin.

Easy to Make

Haven't tried the wine yet but the instructions were easy to follow. I do question the degassing stage, though. The instructions didn't say to sanitize everything and the kit only comes with enough sanitizer for the first and final steps, but not the middle. Seems like an oversight.
