I ordered an a shirt. It came and was about 4 sizes too big. I sent an email the support within the day sent me a replacement. That level of service is worth all the stars. The shirt itself is also worth 5 stars. They are so comfy and fit great under my shirt. Possibly TMI but I was wearing tank undershirts and my pit stains were out of control before we even took off. Now I can wear my shirt all day without sweating through it. I absolutely love this shirt.
