smooth genius!

So far, i really love it! The lining, because stuff tends to spill, is genius. I mostly use glass containers, yet it doesn’t feel too heavy, especially compared to other lunch bags i’ve had. The zippers just glide so smooth when opening or closing, exactly how it should be. I live for organization, and this has the right amount.

I spent almost $400 on the TravelPro aviation set and UPS delivered it to the wrong address down an alleyway between two abandoned buildings. My address is listed on the front of my house clear as day, 3 times, 3 different places. There is absolutely no way the driver was paying attention. Needless to say, my packages were not there when I figured out where that specific alleyway was. I called ups to file a claim, they advised that I had to contact TravelPro. I called TravelPro, they advised me to call ups. Needless to say, I got nothing but the run around from both companies without my issue resolved and I’m out of almost $400 and no luggage for work as a new flight attendant.
