Cheese Grotto Mezzo

Nice idea but I misunderstood the advertising

In order to keep cheese longer in the Grotto it to be in the refrigerator, but I don't have room in mine. It remains to be seen whether it's better than just using paper designed for keeping cheese longer.

Mezzo Grotto Excellent for keeping cheese fresh longer. We started with a small Grotto, but I think we are going to go bigger soon! This Grotto is amazing and works better than storing your cheese in the refrigerator drawer. Excellent Customer Service. When we emailed in regards of status of purchase, it wasn’t long the owner contacted us and gave us the update. Excellent packaging and easy step by step instructions on what you needed to do with your Grotto once you received it.

Grotto 2

Grotto 1 sits on the kitchen counter, next to the breadbox (at least for winter/spring!!!) to serve up instant cheese satisfaction. Grotto 2 is in the fridge, keeping next bites happy and ready to go.
