Loving the Cheese Grotto!

We've had the Cheese Grotto for about 2 weeks. It fits perfectly in our fridge and I love this size and how much cheese it holds. The process of setting it up is simple and it already seems to work really well. We had issues with the initial delivery and really appreciated Cheese Grotto's service. They went above and beyond! The Cheese Grotto was highly recommended by friends and we're planning to pass along the favor.

The grotto is a game changer. Love it. Regarding the black resin cheese knife: it does not cut hard cheeses, like reggiano very well. It crushes, rather than cuts, plus the edge chipped when cutting the hard cheese. I suspect it is best for soft cheeses. No matter, will stick with traditional steel cheese knife for cutting hard cheeses.

We actually love it x2. This is the second one we’ve bought. Still using the first grotto from 10+ years ago. It is a must for cheese lovers.
